I love cookbooks and I love discovering new chefs and home cooks who inspire me to try new foods or ingredients as well as attempting new techniques. I am open to almost any type of cookbook, but no road kill recipes please! I do ask that if you would like me to review your cookbook that you allow for enough time for me to actually make some of the recipes since that is why I and most people actually purchase the cookbooks in the first place.
