Mango-Pineapple Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies and  is so quick to make that it may not even be considered a real recipe, but boy is it yummy

I buy canned pineapple rings or chunks, separate them  and freeze them in single layers and then put them into freezer bags. The already frozen pineapple chunks are more expensive than just buying the canned and freezing them yourself. 


8 chunks of frozen mango
2 rings of frozen pineapple
1-6 oz. container of plain Greek yogurt
2/3 c. of soy milk
1 tsp. Stevia
ice cubes ( I fill the container half full of ice)

Blend it all together until it is smooth and thick. This makes about a glass and a half or 2 smaller servings.
If you want to make this a little healthier you can also add a teaspoonful of flax seed meal it adds just a tiny bit of a nutty flavor.
